Third Quarter 2023 Highlights:

• Reported sales of $724 million, up 15%;
• Reported operating income of $133 million, operating margin of 18.3%, and diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $2.51;
• Adjusted operating income of $134 million, up 17%;
• Adjusted operating margin of 18.5%, up 30 basis points;
• Adjusted diluted EPS of $2.54, up 23%;

Second Quarter 2023 Highlights:

• Reported sales of $704 million, up 16%;
• Reported operating income of $113 million, operating margin of 16.0%, and diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $2.10;
• Adjusted operating income of $115 million, up 18%;

First Quarter 2023 Highlights:

• Reported and Adjusted sales of $631 million, up 13% year-over-year;
• Reported operating income of $79 million, operating margin of 12.5%, and diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $1.48;
• Adjusted operating income of $81 million, up 15%;
